Cancellation Policy
I respectfully ask you give me 24 hours for cancellation on all appointments. If the appointment is canceled after 24 hours the card on file will be charged 30% of the total service. No call/no shows will result in a 50% charge of the booked service. Please arrive on time for your appointment, a late arrival of 20 minutes or more will be subject to alterations or cancellation and associated fees will be applied. Please confirm all appointments within 48 hours of scheduled spot.
